  • We primarily focus on constructing homes in central MA and southern NH, but our dedication to turning dreams into reality extends across New England. Our preference is to build in proximity to our offices, ensuring projects run seamlessly and allowing us to promptly address any issues that may arise.

  • Every project is unique, but on average it is good to allow 6-12 months from design to completion.

  • Houses come in all shapes, sizes, fits, and finishes. While a modular home can be less expensive per square foot than traditional stick-framed houses, it all depends on what you're looking to build. Additionally, we can provide quotes within 2 weeks of request.
